The U.S Consulate Cape Town presents, Activating Activism Across Gender Lines – join us as we hear from four dynamic individuals whose life’s work has known no boundaries when it comes to pushing the status quo and empowering men and women to transcend gender norms.

Our speakers specialize in subjects related to: empowering and creating pipelines for women in tech, building networks and opportunities for women entrepreneurs, empowering women and girls to combat violence in their communities, and providing platforms for young girls, women, boys, and men to explore their identities outside of the confines of gender. We will explore and unpack the ways in which we can continue to challenge gender norms in the 21st century.”
