The American Corner is run in partnership with U.S. Consulate Cape Town, the City of Cape Town, and the Central Library.
MakerSpace Studio
Our MakerSpace provides tools and high end technology availoable for use by our patrons
We have quality professional video cameras, microphones, laptops, editing software, an audio booth and other state-of-the-art technology like a 3D printer.
Want to start a YouTube channel, make a podcast, or record a song?
MakerSpace sessions are available in
one hour time slots
on Monday to Friday
from 10:00 to 15:00.
Please note: We only take bookings a week in advance.
